Decorating with CDs

I saw a picture one someone's computer lab, it may have been Neil's, which had CD's on the walls. I have collected many CD's from my church members and have begun hanging them on the walls only to find several of them on the floor each time I return to the project. How do I get them to stick? Thanks for your help. Judy
