Trends in Rotation Workshop Design

Here are a few "design trends" we have seen in Rotation churches. Look in each workshop's design forum for more suggestions.

Feel free to add your own!

1.  Bible Murals were an early Rotation trend. Now we're seeing actual curtains and architectural elements applied to the room, rather than just implied in a mural.

Pillars, plants, curtains, large swaths of cloth, tents.

2. Small puppet stages were an early part of many Rotation churches. But as Puppet workshop concepts evolved, so did the 'stage' which often grew in size to accommodate larger puppets and more kids interacting behind the scenes.

3.  TVs have given way to LCD Projectors. As the cost of a modest projector is about the same as a 42" LCD TV, many churches have switched to projecting on the wall. Projectors make the image much larger and are more portable.

4. Wearable Fun for the kids. Cooking Aprons, Art Smocks, Science Lab Coats. Robes for the Story Encampment or "Synagogue".
