Hi, I understand the "no peanut butter" idea! I have used the SOY product that's supposed to be like peanut butter. In a recipe, especially for no bake cookies, it might work ok. Honestly, it just doesn't have the same exact taste and texture of a good peanut butter, but it will work. I've used it before to be safe from allergies! I think I purchased it at Walmart.
